Module 1: The ROAD to Resilience – Leading Through Disruption to Sustainable Success

This foundational module introduces the disruptive dynamics shaping today's business landscape, from pandemics and climate change to AI and political instability, and provides a strategic lens to navigate them. Participants explore how disruptions create new classes of problems, such as wicked problems, and why conventional strategy frameworks often fall short. This session sets the stage for building resilience as a core business capability.

Module 2: The Resilient Organizational Architecture

This module introduces the Resilient Organizational Architecture (ROA) framework, developed to help leaders self-assess their organization's strengths and vulnerabilities across key resilience vectors. Participants use the ROAD tool to identify strategic gaps in profiting through disruption, alliances and innovation ecosystems, as well as dynamic competencies, laying the groundwork for leading through disruption.

Module 3: Possibility Scenarios and Robust Actions – Known Unknowns

This module empowers leaders to navigate “known unknowns” by creating possibility scenarios. Participants learn to identify key uncertainties shaping their sector, develop strategic scenarios, and define robust actions - those that perform well across multiple futures. The session sharpens foresight and enables smarter, more adaptive strategy under volatile conditions.

Module 4: Transformation Scenarios, Enablers, and Blockers – Unknown Unknowns 

This module addresses how to lead amidst "unknown unknowns" - the most disruptive and unpredictable forces. Using tools from Doughnut Economics and ROAD, participants identify transformative ideas, then uncover the hidden blockers and necessary enablers within their organizational design. The session fosters deep reflection and innovative thinking about what the organization must become to thrive.

Module 5: Creating a Strategic Narrative for Business Resilience 

In this capstone-style module, participants translate strategy into story. They articulate how their organization will evolve through disruption toward long-term value creation and resilience. By crafting a clear, compelling narrative, leaders learn to drive alignment and buy-in from stakeholders, demonstrating how resilient strategy connects to outcomes that matter.
