Through our ecosystem of offerings, the Center utilizes our Resilient Organizational Architecture (ROA) Framework to enable partners to thrive through disruptions and achieve organizational resilience.
We do so by:
- Providing our Resilient Organizational Architecture Diagnostic (ROAD) Tool to initiate action to enhance an organization's capacity for resilience.
- Offering our Executive Development Programs to provide an organization’s decision-makers – from executives to rising stars – the mindset, techniques, and industry insights needed to build organizational resilience and address pressing issues.
- Convening our Community of Practice through our online Resilience Roundtables and in-person Forums to explore and expand our collective knowledge to address resilience challenges.
- Advising our partner organizations through direct, action-oriented projects, complete consulting services, and Custom Executive Development Programs.

Our Resilient Organizational Architecture Diagnostic (ROAD) Tool, based on our ROA Framework, develops actionable insights and enables the development of an implementation plan to build an organization’s capacity for resilience.

Our ReSET Executive Cohort Program builds upon the ROA Framework and ROAD insights through an in-person, peer-learning approach to provide an understanding of types of disruptions, techniques to thrive through existential disruptions, and an action plan to develop organizational resilience.
Our ReSET Professional Online Program delivers the same impactful content as our Executive Cohort in a flexible, online, and asynchronous format that allows participants to learn at their own pace.
Our Strategic Disruption Management Workshops each address a singular, pressing disruption – such as Energy Transition and Hybrid AI – and enable participants to develop organization-specific interventions.
Our Custom Resilience Strategies Program is based on the ROA framework with the content and delivery tailored to a specific company, industry, or organization.

Our Applied Research Projects, led by Center Staff, engage University of Pittsburgh Centers of Excellence, Faculty, and Doctoral and Master’s students to gather data, analyze, and develop recommendations on an organization-specific problem.
Our Resilient Organizational Architecture Consulting Service partners with organizations over the process of identifying, developing, and implementing a plan of action to enhance organizational resilience.
