Engagement Styles:
- Faculty-Led Solutions: a Faculty member from the University of Pittsburgh acts as a consultant on the project. They define the problem, and create strategies, roadmaps, and engagement plans.
- Staff Advisory Services: in this model, the seasoned staff at the Center leads the strategy and executes the tasks essential for final deliverables, with Faculty consultation along the way.
- Student-Led Discovery: in this model, an individual or team of graduate students work to define the problem, research and evaluate potential solutions, and create implementation plans. Faculty and Center staff guide the project strategy and review final deliverables.
