Muhammad Qasem Jami is the CSB's Workforce Development Program Manager.
In his current role, Muhammad Qasem leads the Resilient Organizational Architecture Diagnostic (ROAD) assessment, which aims to enhance workforce diversity by aligning corporate practices with community representation. He plays a key role in creating and maintaining external partnerships, developing internal programs, and collaborating across departments and schools to facilitate strategic curricula, visiting scholars, conferences, and industry-relevant events.
Muhammad Qasem brings more than 15 years of experience in education, workforce development, and sustainable business practices to the Center. His career is marked by a deep passion for educational advising, cross-cultural communication, and workforce resilience. His commitment to bridging gaps between education and the workforce positions him as a thought leader in empowering communities and developing sustainable partnerships.
