Resilience Strategies: Executive Development

Our Resilience Strategies Program - Executive Development builds upon the ROA Framework and ROAD insights through an in-person, peer-learning approach to provide an understanding of types of disruptions, techniques to thrive through existential disruptions, and an action plan to develop organizational resilience.  

  • DATE(S) & TIME(S): Q3 - 9/26, 8:30AM to 5:30PM  

  • PROGRAM STRUCTURE: Quarterly, full-day program (breakfast, lunch, and evening reception provided), in-person, synchronous, cohort-based executive program 

  • NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES: All attendees have ample opportunity to network with fellow leaders facing similar challenges and to workshop live solutions to specific organizational issues.
