Nicole Marchese is an undergraduate student at the University of Pittsburgh, pursing a degree in Marketing. She is completing a Certificate and Distinction in Sustainability to complement her passion for the environment and her goals for the future. This passion intersects with her love for fashion and clothes, as she strives to help curate a more sustainable future for the fashion industry. She is heavily involved in the operations of Thriftsburgh, Pitt's on-campus thrift store dedicated to keeping textiles out of the landfill, while providing students with affordable, sustainable, and fashionable clothing options. She is also an ambassador for Remake, a global non-profit, a member of Pitt's Fashion Business Association, and a co-founder of the Pitt Divas, a student group advocating for menstrual equity on Pitt's campus.

Nicole is appreciative for opportunities and connections she has gained through the CSB for her professional growth. She is excited to continue her work in leveraging businesses in the region for a more sustainable future with the CSB. Through her connections within the CSB, she recognizes the power of collaboration and believes that by working together with like-minded professionals and organizations, they can drive meaningful change in the business community and the world.
