Interpretation

This item assesses how strongly the business unit promotes Upskilling and continuous learning & development to grow internal capabilities and prepare employees for evolving business challenges. It reflects a strategic commitment to building adaptive, future-ready teams through ongoing learning investments.

This evaluates:

  1. Learning Culture: Is learning embedded in the organizational mindset?

  2. Skill Investment: Are resources consistently allocated to professional development?

  3. Capability Growth: Is the workforce gaining relevant, future-facing skills?
